Our "monastery wine-cellar" is now open to the "public". 
It has been rebuilt with big architectonical sensitivity.

Good wines wait to be tasted and as a souvenir for at home.

The choice of wines we serve is in keeping with our philosophy of offering you special, select products.  To do this, we rely particularly on top-quality, award-winning South Tyrolean wines that have been of premium standard for many years.

At the heart of our monastery wine cellar are

• mountain wines produced on slopes at an altitude of over 500 m above sea level
• wines produced organically and bio-dynamically
• wines from small vineyards and private wineries.

For us, they are the guarantee of a living, passionate viticulture, creating unique wines with character and South Tyrolean roots.
