SILENTIUM - is a place and its history, a mindful experience, an inner attitude. With this 3-day package, we want to let the hustle and bustle of everyday life recede into the distance and open the door for moments of contemplation and pause - in the valley of the glaciers.
For check-in, we invite you to a tea ceremony with Carthusian herbal tea in the tea pavilion. The next day a GLACISSE wellness ritual is offered in the relaxing Private SPA for Two, while various books are available for quiet reading moments.
The Carthusian present is also interwoven with the past in culinary terms, as the 6-course Silentium dinner in the fireside room tells of the history and spiritual life of the Carthusian monks. With a wine tasting, our guests are guided through the wine landscape of the region and through the old vaulted cellar of the Carthusian monastery. They will hear stories of ora et labora, of nutrient-rich soils, of dedication and quality.
Our daily recommendation
During walks on the Via Monachorum in the Schnals Valley, contemplative contemplation in the small Carthusian chapel or a view of the sea of peaks from the spazio AWE on the Hochjoch at 2,845 m, body, mind and soul are cleared - as if by themselves.
Those blessed with time can also extend the Silentium package and spend two nights in the remote Customs house and half board at the "Bella Vista" regufe.
