Hospitality belongs to the Goldene Rose Karthaus like the silence to the village. It is the attentive conversation and the sincere will to offer each other the best. Like a good friend. Our guests know this. 

In the morning we serve a breakfast à la carte with regional specialties.
At lunchtime, our guests can choose from an à la carte lunch menu.
In the evening there is a culinary program with DINE AROUND to choose from.

An aperitivo all`italiana is of course also part of the experience.

DINE AROUND - the culinary programm

We offer our guests with or without half-board various options in the evening:

• 4-course dinner menu in the restaurant
• An casual sharing at the wine bar with selected delicacies to share for everyone at the table
• A hearty fondue in the winter season
• In summer, a relaxed barbecue evening in the pergola garden 
• The SILENTIUM menu in the Kaminzimmer, our fireside lounge

How you would like to spend your culinary evening with us is up to your good feeling. For the FONDUE and the SHARING we ask you to book in advance by 12:00 noon on the same day.
