This year, Certosa (Karthaus) celebrates its 700th anniversary – seven centuries of history, devotion, and quiet contemplation. Once home to the Carthusian monks who lived in solitude and harmony with nature, our cuisine reflects their legacy: respect for ingredients, appreciation of simplicity, and the pursuit of perfection in every detail.
