Basically, it is true that all moments are special. Some, however, are extraordinary. SILENTIUM was composed by our Chef de Cuisine for these occasions away from the ordinary. A six-course menu of tasty dishes and ingredients from regional cycles, inspired by the history of the Carthusian monks and accompanied by wines recommended by our Maître Sommelier.
